Al Peco est né en France à Grigny et a grandit à Bamako. C'est là qu'il attrape le virus du hip hop à base de Kriss kross, de Das Efx, de Lord of Underground... Il crée son premier groupe "Rage" avec Koly, Fokko et Justice.
